TRYJOY Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smart hardware products, linked smartphone applications, and official websites provided by CRIP TECH K.K. (the "Company") (collectively, the "Service").

All customers who use the Service ("Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company concerning use of the Service.
  2. Guidelines, notices, and other rules presented by the Company on the official website or within applications form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Account Management)

  1. When registering an account to use the Service, Users shall strictly manage their ID and password at their own responsibility.
  2. Users may not transfer or lend their ID or password to any third party under any circumstances. If the Company confirms that a registered ID and password match, the Company deems the account to be used by the User who owns that account.

Article 3 (Age Restrictions and Eligibility)

  1. The Service may include adult-oriented expressions, content, or products ("Adult-Oriented Content, etc.").
  2. When using the Service, especially Adult-Oriented Content, etc., Users represent and warrant that they have reached the legal adult age under the laws of their country or region of residence (18 years old in Japan).
  3. Minors may not view or purchase Adult-Oriented Content, etc. or use application functions linked to such content.
  4. If a minor uses the Service by misrepresenting their age, or purchases products by falsely claiming guardian consent, any resulting acts, including the conclusion of contracts, cannot be cancelled.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to text, images, product designs, characters, programs, trademarks, logos, and other elements comprising the Service belong to the Company or their lawful rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or publicly transmit these materials without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.

  1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  2. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties.
  3. Acts that place an excessive load on the Service's servers or network systems, or interfere with their operation.
  4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the Company's software, applications, or hardware.
  5. Impersonating another User when using the Service.
  6. Allowing minors to view or sharing with minors Adult-Oriented Content, etc. within the Service.
  7. Significantly exposing Adult-Oriented Content, etc. from the Service in public or otherwise inappropriate environments visible to third parties.
  8. Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 6 (Suspension or Change of the Service)

If the Company determines that any of the following circumstances exists, it may suspend or interrupt provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users.

  1. When performing maintenance inspections or updates for systems related to the Service.
  2. When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
  3. When communication lines or servers stop due to accidents or similar causes.
  4. When the Company otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult.

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

  1. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, currentness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
  2. For functions, content, and outputs using AI technology included in the Service, the Company makes maximum efforts and technical improvements, but does not guarantee complete reproducibility, suitability, or intended operation due to the development level of AI technology, limitations of physical communication environments, or characteristics of training data.
  3. The Service includes some adult-oriented expressions and content involving sensitive themes. Users view and use these at their own responsibility, and the Company assumes no liability even if Users claim psychological discomfort, aversion, or other damage from such expressions.
  4. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, device malfunction, or emotional distress.
  5. Even if the Company is liable under the preceding paragraph, its liability is limited to the amount the User has paid to the Company in the past, such as product purchase prices.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

The Company appropriately handles Users' personal information and data related to privacy in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

When the Company deems it necessary, it may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the official website or in the application, and if a User uses the Service after the revision, the User is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on June 1, 2026.
